The condo was spacious and homey. Everything we needed was provided in the condo.
Our family of 5 decided to plan a Myrtle Beach vacation. There were a few places we had in mind but of course, we had questions about each. Bob helped answer all of our questions regarding the area and the condo. He explained the area and helped us to decide his condo was the right one for us. Bob’s communication was exceptional. The condo was spacious and homey. Everything we needed was provided in the condo. The area was extremely welcoming and within a few minutes of great restaurants, outlet malls, grocery stores, and of course, the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great rental!!! 1st floor was very convenient and it is decorated so nicely!
We loved the condo! So quiet and peaceful and a short walk to the pool! You are in the heart of North Myrtle Beach but when you are at the condo it is so peaceful! It had everything we needed and more!! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Accommodations... Should Strongly Consider.
This was my first time staying at Bob & Deb's condo. For the last 9 years I have been at another condo in the general area of Barefoot Landing. My usual place was not available and I started searching for something in the North Myrtle Beach area which I was comfortable with. I needed a ground level with 2- King size beds for my golfing cousin who has special needs. After looking high and low, I came across Bob & Deb's condo in Barefoot Landing. This seemed to good to be true finding exactly what I was looking for and needed. Bob was very accommodating in having the twin beds converted into a King bed before our arrival... After contacting Bob and over a course of several phone conversations I felt as though I have known him forever. He is truly sincere about wanting you to enjoy your stay in Myrtle Beach and while you're at his condo. The newly remodeled / upgrades gives you the WOW!!! Factor when you walk in the front door. If you're like me you always have that eerie feeling staying at a place you have never stayed in before. Bob & Deb's condo really makes you feel at home. It was extremely clean and was very fresh smelling as well. You can't find a better mix than this. Oh! What I noticed most was how detailed Bob had all the switches labeled with instructions. I have never seen this before. You knew exactly what switch turned on what and even all the TV remotes were labeled for each room. Talk about making things easy for you to understand is remarkable. Lastly, I would strongly suggest you give Bob & Deb a call as a first choice consideration. I firmly believe you will save a lot of search time and money by considering their no nonsense complete pricing package. It is so nice to know what you are going to pay exactly and totally. That's what Bob is all about... No! Nonsense... Just a very nice person who has your vacation at heart... I hope your stay is as wonderful as mine was!!! 

Outstanding accommodations
Great place to stay while vacationing. Property is in great condition and was even better than we were expecting!

Great condo and great host - Excellent alternative to hotels on the beach at best price This condo is perfect including everything you need for a family beach vacation. Nice and clean condo with a lot of space. Very nice and quiet community pool, perfect location to enjoy Myrtle beach at night. North Myrtle Beach public beach accessible by car (7-8 min. with free city parking) or by using transportation available from the resort. Robert was very nice and helpful from the begining of the reservation process to welcoming us by phone on arrival day. No worries about this place.

Wonderful vacation!!
Bob & Deb couldn't have been more helpful in making us feel "at home" in their beautiful condo. Bob personally called us shortly after our arrival to welcome us;to answer any questions we might have and to find how we found the condo. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything one would need. A thoughtful and useful item was the notebook which contained information about the area, activities, restaurants, churches , phone numbers. etc. The location couldn't be beat. It was located to everything and there was so much to do even just taking walks around the area. We really liked the 50" tv in living room, comfortable master bed and the wonderful master shower. We will tell our friends about this condo and keep this vacation in our favorites.

Awesome Vacation Location
Our stay was as convenient as could be for a family with children. Location and condition of the condo was just right, all amenities one would need and an owner who cares about his renters.

Clean and comfortable!!
This was one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. For starters, the location was great. Barefoot is just North enough to be out of a lot of the mayhem, but close enough that everything is a short drive away. This unit being at the front of the complex made it very easy to get in and out, and its downstairs location was great too. Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was how clean everything was and how nicely decorated the unit was--just like I would decorate my own place! :) Most everything we needed for our stay was already there, and for what we did need Wal-Mart was only a 5 minute drive away. Very nice TV in the living room, and the abundance of ceiling fans kept the room very cool and comfortable in the heat wave we experienced. And the best part of all was the personal service. The owner's communication and willingness to help make every aspect of our stay pleasant was awesome. We even got a phone call upon our arrival making sure everything was okay and answering any questions we had. We definitely plan to be repeat guests!

Wonderful Stay in Barefoot Resort
Hi Bob, Enjoyed your beautiful Wedgewood condo and would highly recommend! Condo was everything we expected and more! Very clean and fully stocked. Main Bathroom shower was outstanding. Enjoyed relaxing and sipping wine on the enclosed screened in patio. Loved the pool and meeting some really nice folks that are residents of the Wedgewood community. Would I recommend? Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The condo was well stocked with all essential supplies. Our family of four felt right at home. We appreciated the owner's prompt communication when booking, checking in, and when we arrived home. We would definitely book again with the owner.

Golf Vacation
We hat a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach playing Golf. Your condo was the perfekt place after a round of Golf. We felt like coming home. Everything was as descript. We look forward if vacant to stay again at your condo.

Home away from home
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in your home. This is our 5th rental and we have to say by far this one was the nicest. The location was excellent for our needs, golf being the main reason for this trip to Myrtle, but everything else was close, shopping, dinning and even the beach! From the moment we chose your condo everything was easy, you provided us with all the necessary information we needed and there were no surprises. The pictures do not do this condo justice it is beautifully decorated very comfortable, clean and very well equipped especially the kitchen which we took advantage of as we mostly ate in. Again we would like to thank you both for allowing us to share your home and we would definitely like to stay here again.

Wonderful condo!

Beach Vacation
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The pictures do not do the condo justice because it is decorated beautifully. The property was clean and maintained very well. It is exactly what we wanted during our stay. We really enjoyed the location. It was close to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed the Alligator Adventure(right at the end of the road). The pools were also very nice. We went to the smaller pool by the condo and then to the bigger pool. We really enjoyed the bigger pool. Bob and Deb were very helpful in answering questions or concerns that we had. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or family.

Excellent stay
We had a wonderful stay while in mb for our son's baseball tournament. Condo was perfect - clean, comfortable, quiet, well stocked, affordable, and not too far from everything we wanted to do. Ripken was about a 20 minute easy drive. We enjoyed beach, great restaurants, and mini golf. Without a doubt would stay here again. We have rented homes/condos before and by far this was the best due to the attention to all the little things like book of information and labels on light fixtures. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay at this beautiful Barefoot Resort
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in this lovely condo! It was exceptionally clean, updated with all the latest electronics (Large flat screen TV in the family room and in all the bedrooms!) My husband especially enjoyed the speaker dock for your ipod! The beds were big and comfy, we felt right at home! Honestly, the pictures on-line do not do this place enough justice. It is decorated beautifully, just as you would wish a beach condo to be! We also loved how it was located at ground level! (No need for dragging our luggage up the stairs!) This condo provided every amenity possible! There were family games provided and even coupons & menus to local restaurants! My children enjoyed swimming at the big pool located at the north tower! We have visited Barefoot Resorts for the past 12 years, and this was one of our better stays! We plan on returning to this very condo next summer! Bob & Deb were prompt with e-mails, called to welcome us on our first nights stay and returned our security deposit within days of our returning home! Absolutely not a single complaint can be made by us...other than...our time there passed much too quickly! If you are looking for a bit of beach blissfulness, this is the right place for you!

Wonderful Condo
We felt at home the second we stepped through the door. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We did not have to run out to buy anything as all amenities were provided. Not only was the unit above expectation, the grounds were impeccable. The close proximity to theaters, restaurants, entertainment and the beach was another bonus. A very relaxing experience. Bob and Deb are a phone call away but do not infringe on your time while at their condo. Great rental.

Great Condo
We stayed there in July and had a great time. The condo itself is so centrally located to everything you never have to get out in the traffic on 17. Its also beautifully decorated and there are flat screen TV's in every room. Thanks Rob and Deb, it was great to rent from you two.

Great Vacation Condo
Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. It was clean and well-maintained. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions and concerns. We had the beach close by and there were pools on the property. I would highly recommend renting from these owners, I will rent this condo again.

Wonderful Vacation!
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this condo. First off, I have to mention what a joy it was to deal with owners who take pride in their property and were extremely prompt in all forms of communication. We've dealt with numerous VRBO owners over the years and Robert was absolutely the best! The unit was easily accessible off the main road through Barefoot and parking was never an issue. Being a ground floor corner unit we had the benefit of an extra window in the dining area which provided lovely sunshine throughout the day. The condo was clean upon arrival and stocked with basic household necessities such as paper towels, facial tissues, toilet paper, hand and dish soaps, etc. There were loads of dishes and glassware, as well as pots and pans. We appreciated the labels on the various light switches and the placement of nightlights throughout the unit. The king size bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the walk-in shower in master bathroom was a bit hit with hubby!! While the bedrooms remain carpeted, the living room and dining area floors had recently been upgraded to a beautiful wood floor. The sundeck is screened in and provided us a quiet place to have a pre-dinner glass of wine and watch golfers putt on the 15th hole of the Norman course. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!!

WONDERFUL UNIT
We had a great time staying at this end unit. It is very tastefully decorated which creates a wonderful atmosphere. It is a ground floor unit which is key. A very quiet neighbourhood within easy access to to all points in the Myrtle Beach area. The owners are very accommodating and quick to respond and really care about their clients and it shows with their attention to detail throughout the process. The kitchen is as well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment as any home. There are an abundance of spices on hand right down to coffee filters. The owner calls upon arrival to make certain that everything is to the clients standards and of course they were. Flat screen TV's in each bedroom and a large scree 50" in the livingroom. A great screened in porch to lounge in and backs onto one of the Barefoot Golf courses but is separated by trees and sets up for a nice quiet atmosphere. I will be using these owners again for my annual trek to Myrtle Beach in the fall or extended stay when I come to Myrtle. I have travelled to Myrtle Beach on over 50 golf and family vacations since 1970 and stayed in many wonderful places and must tell you that this has been the best experience to date. Also, I should mention he has a drop box for keys to pick up and drop back in when you leave and it certainly makes the transition from travelling and back on the road seamless. Thank you Robert and Deb and I look forward to dealing with you again.

Great location
We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving week vacation at Bob's Barefoot condo at Wedgewood. The location is perfect. Easy to get to in Barefoot. No trekking up and down stairs, yet a very nice view next to the golf course green. The unit is very comfortable and lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. Plenty of room and everything you need while you are there, including a very nice walk in shower in the master bath. You won't find a more pleasant owner to work with, enjoy your next trip to Myrtle and stay here.

Convenient to use, well located, well equipped.
The property was excellent for its use as a one week golf vacation retreat. It is well equipped and the owner has thoughtfully labelled all light switches which makes the condo easy to use. We will gladly stay there again when coming to Myrtle Beach for vacation.

Great week at Wedgewood
We had a great stay at Bob's condo for the week. Bob was very easy to work with during the rental process and even called the first night to personally welcome us and check to see if we needed anything. A very nice touch. As others have mentioned, the condo is nicely decorated and feels homey. We enjoyed both the beach and golf themes. There was plenty of space in the living area and master bedroom to spread out. The complex is located toward the front of the Barefoot properties which makes it very easy to get in and out quickly and is just a short trip to the beach. Bob's condo is a great deal. It was nice to have the full kitchen, a washer and dryer(which we used quite a bit) and the screened in patio with a view of the golf course. We would definitely stay there again and are already looking forward to our next trip to Myrtle Beach. Thank you Bob for a stress-free rental and a great stay.

Favorite Condo
We have been going to Mrytle Beach for several years and your condo is the nicest condo that we have stayed in. It's clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is perfect for easy access to resturants, golf courses and shopping. Your call to us after we arrived to ensure everything was okay was very nice. Perfect beach/golf getaway!

Just perfect
Seven days of rest and relaxation is the only way to describe our recent stay at 711 Wedgewood. The condo is beautifully maintained and the location is perfect, even if you do not play golf! Everything worth seeing in Myrtle Beach is just a stones throw away, the attractions, the beach, the food! I would wholeheartedly recommend this rental for couples, families or friends vacationing together. We will most definitely return!

Loved it so much we came back!
Our family stayed in this beautiful condo last summer! While we often vacation at Myrtle Beach we have never returned to the same place. However, after our previous stay, we feel as if Bob & Deb's place is our home away from home. We were excited to return and were pleasantly surprised by the new furniture and updated décor. It is spacious and all five of us fit comfortably! Once again, we enjoyed the luxuries of the large flat screen TVs, Ipod speaker dock, and remote controlled ceiling fan & lights! These owners pay attention to details, providing coupon books, local menus and even family games & puzzles! We love the pools and easy access to the beach, as well as the Barefoot Landing shopping. Most importantly, Bob & Deb are personable and really know how to make you feel welcome in their home. It is great to have found this place, no more searching and "trying" different places. Whenever we visit Myrtle Beach, this is where we want to be...as long as they will have us!

Exceeded Expectations!
While the photos look nice, it's even better than it looks. The layout is great, the place has everything you need and more, just like home. The new flat screen TV's in every room are amazing. The wife loved the screened in porch and the remote control ceiling fan in the master bed room. Close to Barefoot Landing and the beach, with a convenient shuttle. The local pool was ever so nice. Lastly the owners were a pleasure to work with. Everything was just as advertised and more, all at one of the lowest prices you will find. When visiting Myrtle beach, this is where I'll be staying.

Well furnished and very clean condo
This condo was in excellent condition. It was very clean with plenty of towels. I enjoyed the screened in porch and it had plenty of room to relax. The kids enjoyed the flat scrren tvs.

I just spent a fantastic week at Myrtle Beach at this wonderful condno. I could not have asked for anything better. I loved the screened in porch and the super comfy bend. Very clean with an at home feeling. I will definitely be back!

Golf and beach vacation
We found the two bedroom condo to be exactly as described, the location was very convenient for shopping and beach walking. The ground floor location was very convenient since we were returning from golf most days and didn't need to carry clubs up any stairs. The property was well maintained and we felt quite at home there.Whenever we had a question the owner responded almost instantly. We would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. If you like concerts the House of Blues and The Alabama Theater are close bye as well as the shopping area on the Barefoot Landing,there are also three golf courses and a driving range within walking distance although you will need deep pockets to play there.

Golf and beach vacation
Beautiful condo, very clean (something very important to me) and spacious. We had such a great time. It was also minutes away from Barefoot Landing and restaurant row.This was like being at home with all its comforts.We found the owner to be very helpful and easy to work with.

Dont miss it you regret
We are just leave the barefoot 711 and we appreciate this place so much. All in this condo is absulutely perfect. For the golfers it's a paradise place and the beach is locate about 5 minute in a car. Or you can take a navette to the beach. it's not the first time we make a location for vacation and this place is the best we make. I recommand to all golfer or not don't miss it you regret it.
